14-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, Basinhaus will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
